Hi, I’m Rache — a nutrition expert with a Master’s in Nutrition (Class of 2020), but more importantly, I’m someone who has lived the lifestyle shift I talk about here.
I came to nutrition because I wanted to truly understand how to fuel the body in a way that supports health and longevity. I’ve also always wanted to help people, but I’ve learned that change is difficult if someone isn’t ready for it. That’s why I want to use my knowledge to encourage and empower others by showing them that becoming healthier is possible, sustainable, and doesn’t have to be unenjoyable.
After losing 30 pounds and maintaining it long term, I learned something that completely changed how I view wellness; there are no shortcuts to a body that feels good, but that doesn’t mean it has to feel miserable either.

I believe that practicing good health shouldn’t take over your life, it should support it. That’s why I focus on high-protein meals, balanced plates, and routines that work in real life. The kind of food and habits that help you feel energized, satisfied, and confident without giving up the foods and moments you love.

BEVs stands for Balanced, Evidence-based Vitality — and it’s the foundation of everything I share here.
Balanced: No food is off-limits. Health isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency.
Evidence-based: Nutrition advice should be rooted in science, not wellness trends or fads.
Vitality: The goal isn’t just weight loss — it’s feeling strong, energized, and good in your body.
However, BEVs is also a tribute to my grandma, Beverly, who played a huge role in my life growing up and inspired me to pursue what I love. Some of my favorite memories with her were made in the kitchen. This space is inspired by that time together, and by the belief that wellness is about more than food; it’s about the people, values, and joy that shape our lives.
